When news broke that Flex Wheeler would need a leg amputation the bodybuilding and fitness world was shocked to its core . One of the most well regarded and popular veterans of the sport, the news of Flex Wheeler undergoing surgery was a truly sad occurrence.
Many fans, bodybuilders, and other concerned individuals have sent a their well wishes to one of bodybuilding’s most recognized figures.
For days many have hoped to hear from Flex Wheeler himself on his emergency surgery.
Now the veteran bodybuilder has finally broken his silence.
In a post to Instagram, Flex Wheeler broke his silence and has even displayed a photo of his amputated leg.

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, UNITED STATES, October 24, 2019 /EINPresswire.com/ — LAS VEGAS …………………………………… Kenneth “FLEX” Wheeler, the legendary/iconic professional bodybuilder and 4 time winner of the Arnold Classic, released his first and only “OFFICIAL” statement today pertaining to his emergency surgery last week which required the partial amputation of his right leg. My surgery was required due to escalating circulation difficulties in my right leg that had become life threatening.
