Now that Kai Greene has confirmed that he won’t be competing at the Olympia this year many fans and pundits can now focus on the competitors that will actually be participating in the biggest bodybuilding show of the year. While many were holding out hope that Greene would make a return to the Olympia stage to take on rival Phil Heath, it seems that “The Predator” is looking to cement his legacy in another way. Which leaves fans to speculate on who will challenge the competitors at the top of the open weight division. While many may be looking for Kevin Levrone to pull some kind of upset, the athletes and experts know that the true threat for the top five is the unheralded Josh Lenartowicz.

After placing third at the 2016 Arnold Classic, Josh Lenartowicz has now become the man to watch at the Olympia this year. Not many knew of Lenartowicz before his dominant showing at the Arnold Classic, but after beating out competitors like the much talked about Justin Compton and the veteran Branch Warren, it has become apparent that he is certainly a major threat to the men in the top five.

The craziest thing about Lenartowicz is that he’s only getting started and has yet to reach his true potential. He’s been pretty quiet since competing at the Arnold Classic, but that doesn’t mean that he hasn’t been training hard during his time away from the stage. In fact if his Instagram videos are any indication he’s been training hard and waiting for his chance to crush the competition at the 2016 Olympia.
