Last week Brandon Hendrickson posted on social media a beef he’s been privately having with Jeremy Buendia. This can be added to a long list of online rivalries, or beefs, that have been invading the sport of bodybuilding proper. A few years ago the debate used to be whether or not a bodybuilding rivalry like Kai Greene vs Phil Heath took away from the sport. But at least that was on stage – now we have beefs happening over Instagram.
