There’s nothing worse than a pansy making excuses.

Time waits for no man when it comes to getting in tremendous shape. Sure you can certainly put things off a day, maybe two. The problem with that frame of thought is that those one or two days can become a week. It can become a month. Eventually you find yourself sitting on your ass and complaining about the fact that you’ll never be able to get into the kind of shape you’ve always dreamed of. That’s a loser mentality.

Instead of waiting to make a change you should be thinking on your strengths and weaknesses and how you’re going to improve both. To the victor goes the spoils and true victory can only be attained through hard work, dedication, and a willingness to make constant improvements no matter how great or small.
