Enough with the distractions, time to refocus and get back to what you do best.

So things have gotten very interesting over the weekend. We have a new President, had the biggest protest in history, and watched in true horror as the Patriots once again made it to the Super Bowl. When, oh when will the Patriots just sit one out and give some other teams a chance?

But seriously, the new year is underway and if the first few weeks of the year is any indication we could be in store for a very interesting 2017. While things may be pretty hectic that doesn’t mean you can afford to be distracted. After all, you can lose all your gains if you get too lazy or set your focus elsewhere. Keep your muscles growing and working as we enter a new age in 2017. It’s time to refocus and double your efforts in order to become the best physical specimen you can possibly be.
