GI WORKOUT SONG OF THE WEEK 12/8/2015

Generation Iron Workout Song Motivation

Motivation & a tribute.

This past weekend some of bodybuilding’s greatest competitors took some time out of their busy schedules to head over to Moscow for the Amateur Olympia, which highlights some of the impressive up and comers in the sport. These rookie bodybuilders hoped to prove their worth and show the world what they were made of. Professionals like Phil Heath and Kai Greene were also on stage to show the amateur competitors and the fans in the crowd that even while on the off season they are still working hard and being sure to remain more lean than ever before.

With another inspiring guest posing routine in the books, it gives those looking to pack on some muscle during the winter some great motivation. Just because you’re looking to build more muscle doesn’t mean you should be overeating. If you do plan on bulking then do it smart and be sure to put on lean and quality muscle. Rather than focus purely on food, stay motivated in the gym and try out some different training routines to ensure some quality muscle hypertrophy. For some quality training in the gym be sure to have a great soundtrack on hand to give you that extra bit of motivation.

It’s a sad time in the music world as it’s been reported that Scott Weiland passed away on December 3rd, 2015. So we decided that this weeks form of workout motivation should come in the form of a tribute for the late great rocker. Our simple dedication to a man who gave so much music and creativity to the world. We tried to pick out the heaviest hit single from his super group’s band, Velvet Revolver – so that you can keep chasing those gains.
