What exactly is true drive and desire? To many it means doing something over and over consistently. To others it may mean making sacrifices to attain a particular goal that seems unreachable. The reality is that drive and desire is defined differently by everyone. The one thing that we all have in common is that we’re striving for greatness, trying to push ourselves to another level in hopes of accomplishing a goal that at one point we thought was impossible.

It’s already the second month of the year and certain people have already fallen off of their New Year’s resolution to hit the gym and get into phenomenal shape. To those individuals the drive and desire simply wasn’t enough to force them to make a definitive change. It’s sad to see someone give up on their goals, but the truth of the matter is if you think it’s worth it then you’ll stick with it through all the hardships, through the ups and downs. Staying motivated is perhaps the biggest hurdle you’ll have to face when heading into the gym, so don’t make excuses or bow down. Instead find that extra bit of focus and get motivated to make a change in your life starting this week.
