GI WORKOUT SONG OF THE WEEK 3/16/2016

Generation Iron Workout Song Action Bronson

Full on action.

The Arnold Classic provided some of the most eye opening moments in recent years. Kai Greene walked away the winner at the much anticipated event, but not without some controversy. While onlookers agreed that Greene had a great posing routine, many felt that Cedric McMillan had the superior physique. A major turning point in bodybuilding is occurring and in the weeks and months to come we’ll see how judging posing with more weight will effect proceedings.

The Arnold Classic Australia is set for this coming weekend and one has to wonder if Kai Greene can replicate his victory at the event down under. By now McMillan has sure to hear the critics and fans voice their opinions on the Arnold classic results and with a few modifications to his routine we could see a major upset at this weekend’s event.

With so much on the line for both bodybuilders, one thing is definitely certain: both men are motivated for victory and will have to bring the best versions of themselves to the competition. The motivation to be the best in the world is what drives these two athletes. For the average Joe maybe the title of best bodybuilder in the world is out of their grasp, but they can still be motivated to secure greatness of their own. Take a listen to the song of the week to get fired up in the gym and grasp your own bit of glory.
