Raising the body count.
Easter Sunday has come and gone, meaning that you probably were stuffing your faces with all kinds of fattening food. When you consider that Sunday could have been considered a cheat day it’s not so bad that you had all that food. After all, if you’ve been following your diet strictly like a good bodybuilder is supposed to then a cheat day isn’t the worst thing ever.
Big Ramy recently showed off his physique at a guest posing over the weekend. He may not have been in the best condition we’ve ever seen him in, which is to be expected during the off season, but the Egyptian was full of confidence and is still making some considerable gains.
Now that it’s a new week and you’re looking to make some much needed gains then you should start things off right with some proper motivation. We’ve got a song of the week that’s sure to have you fired up when you look to begin your session.
Whether you’re an amateur who lifts for fun or a pro looking to get fired up for a hardcore session, GI has the track to provide you with the motivation to battle through your training. This week we’re going for something a little edgy… and to be honest – a song from one of our favorite muscle-filled movies – Universal Soldier.
Become an unstoppable killer like Dolph Lundgren. Listen to this workout song and start destroying the iron now.
