Look past the horizon.
The bodybuilding world has been recently dominated by the Arnold Classic with events in Ohio, Australia, and Brazil. Kai Greene has dominated the competition so far, proving that the veteran still has plenty left in the gas tank. With three straight wins in some of the biggest competitions out there, many were expecting Greene to take the win streak a step further with the upcoming Arnold Classic Africa. But it seems that Kai is opting out of the next Arnold Classic competition, likely to get some much needed rest.
With such a dominant showing in the first three major shows of the year, the question still remains: will Kai Greene be competing at the Olympia later this year? Only time will answer that question, but what is certain is that Greene is still at the top of his game. Kai Greene’s resurgence has been a true inspiration and we can only sit back and watch to see if he’ll rekindle his rivalry with Phil Heath or let sleeping dogs lie.
But while we’re sitting and waiting, you need to be getting yourself into the gym and preparing yourself for your own bodybuilding journey. This week you should pick out your most lagging body part and make it a priority to build up in the gym.
