Sometimes the weekend can ruin everything. All that hard work you put in from the week before can be completely demolished by a few days of relaxation and bad choices. Many bodybuilders employ cheat meals from time to time in order to keep themselves sane. But there’s a difference between cheat meals and cheat days just a few bad meal choices, some alcohol here, a bit of chocolate there, and a whole lot of fried food can spell certain doom to everything you’ve accomplished.

That’s why at the beginning of each week we must push ourselves to be better than the week before. Diet plans can get tedious and boring, damn right can get on your last nerves in fact. But if you’re looking to have some serious abs and put on some much craved muscle then that means you’re going to have to suck it up and put in the work necessary. If you’re one of those who let loose this past weekend take solace in fact that you’re not alone and that others are going to push themselves hard inside and outside the kitchen this week in order to make some much needed gains.
