Being strong and moving forward.
The weekend was filled with some frightening and harrowing events that once again makes us question humanity. The terrorist act in Orlando Florida saw 50 individual’s lives cut short and left many more wounded. The event was truly horrible to say the least. After something so morbid and disgraceful it’s hard to just move on and say get over it, particularly with the events being so fresh.

But what terrible events like these often remind us is to live every day to the fullest. There’s no time to sit back and relax and believe everything will just get better tomorrow. To think that things will change without lifting a finger is the biggest and most dangerous kind of thought process to have. It’s about pushing yourself every day ensuring that you’re attempting to become the best version of yourself you can be both inside and out.
We know a workout song may not change the world or any of the heinous acts committed. But what it can do is motivate you to push for something you want to achieve, whether it’s building a better body or simply just becoming a better person.
