Jurassic World dominated the global box office with some pretty impressive numbers and powerlifter Ray Williams set the world record for squats with a 938 pound lift. Maybe it’s not exactly bodybuilding, but they’re definitely feats that should inspire you to achieve the impossible. When it comes to shaping muscles things aren’t so cut and dry as lift, eat, rest, repeat. It takes more than that to build a form that you can truly be proud of. You should set new records, break through your expectations. Even if you’re just hoping for your personal best, it’s more than enough to motivate you to make some major growth.
