This past weekend you probably found yourself glued to your television set as The Final Four dominated the airwaves (though we’re sure our muscle madness challenge also took up some of your time as well…) and tonight will see the final two teams, Wisconsin and Duke, play for the championships. College basketball is great to say the least, but you shouldn’t let it distract you from your gains this week. Once the champions are crowned you’re still going to need to focus on building some muscle in the gym. We know you’re tired from watching basketball and drinking beer all weekend, but it’s time to get back to work. You want to make serious gains? Then don’t make excuses.
