In the quest for being the strongest in the gym – people do some pretty insane/interesting/stupid things to try and impress. Even though normal workout equipment is more than enough to build up a massive physique (just take a look at Ronnie Coleman), for some reason people keep trying out their own methods.

Just take a look at the clip below. Why do normal push ups or even weighted push ups when you can do an EXTREME dangerously stacked plates weighted push ups?
