MID WEEK MOTIVATION! I get asked every single day “how do you stay motivated” and truth is I don’t! Motivation is a long road with lots of high, lows, turns and twists. I have days I feel like crap and says I’m sky high. Majority of the time I have to talk myself into getting up and moving because I’d prefer to chill on the sofa with my fur baby 🐶 but what’s that going to achieve? How is that leading by example? What will that do for my longevity and health? (Unless you’re super tired and Sick then rest please rest!) You cannot expect to have motivation every single day 365 days a year! You have to make fitness a HABIT! A routine a pattern into your life! It’s like brushing your teeth….so stop making little excuses, get up and move your body and strengthen your mind because you owe it to YOU and ONLY YOU! @toneandsculptapp

The 24-year old Brit wasn’t always into fitness. Krissy was completing her legal training while working 30-hours a week as a waitress to stay afloat when she turned to fitness and working out.

⭐️I won’t be the person to tell you to do endless cardio… unless you want to. I won’t be the person who will advise you to cut out a food group to reach your “goals” quicker. I also will never be the person that will promote quick fixes and unsustainable results. Stop viewing your health as a quick fix, because at the end of it all you have you every single day for the rest of your life… so be gentle, work hard, be consistent and fuel your body with wholesome nutritional food. I train 3-5 days a week I love cooking my own food and knowing what I’m putting into my body! I have no idea how much I weigh and honestly I don’t even care I have crappy sessions / days / weeks and I have really great sessions too! I used to train to look a certain way now I train because it’s my escape from my reality, it’s my therapy and it’s my time to be present! I have stretch marks and i don’t even think twice about it… I’m like hey girl you good! I also help hundreds and thousands of women ALL around the WORLD❗️ focus on themselves for themselves…. to train a way that fits them and to eat a way they love! I’m proud of the entire @toneandsculptapp community. Talking about why she started she said: ‘I was going through a really hard time in my life. I felt like I was so alone and afraid that I wouldn’t be able to shift my focus onto anything positive.’

As she got better with time, Krissy started posting videos of her workouts on Instagram. Her initial reason for posting videos on social media was to keep herself accountable. It turned into something bigger when she started seeing traction.

I woke up today feeling actually really crappy. You know them types of morning right? Where you literally just want to stay in bed and do nothing at all? Yup that was your girl this cold, wet and gloomy morning…. and that’s totally OKAY! We talk about positivity like it’s something we can switch on with a flick of a button. But truth be told, it’s okay not to be okay all the time! You have to allow yourself to feel and grow from your struggles. Stop beating yourself up over not being able to go to the gym 5/6 days a week! Go 3 instead? That’s what I’m doing right now and changed my plan from the 5 day a week program to now 3 days a week with @toneandsculptapp Stop beating yourself up over wanting to have a rest day and watch a movie with your loved ones… and in my case my fur baby! 🐶 That’s more than okay. Enjoy the balance of life and accept that not every day will be amazing and that’s totally okay because you’re stronger today than you was yesterday. Be kind to you 💙

What does fitness mean to me? Well fitness saved me. I felt so lost, trapped in my own thoughts and weak in my own body. I thought training would just make me stronger physically but little did I know it’s bad the biggest impact in my life mentally. 5 years ago I wasn’t in a very good place mentally and recently this year my life has transitioned massively which has caused a big impact emotionally. I didn’t or haven’t given up, I’ve allowed myself to embrace my struggles and grow from them each and every single day. I cannot stress how important working out is for me. It’s my safe place, my therapy and the place I go to DO THIS FOR ME and only me. The world becomes background noise when I train and that’s because I’ve reverted my mindset to seeing training as a positive not a chore. It’s important to NEVER give up and to always remember why you want to start or why you wanted to start. Start right now…. today not New Years not for summer… right now make it happen for YOU! 💙

CHEST & TRICEPS Be sure to hit that like button ❤️ which supports your girl and I know you love these workout videos When it comes to training chest I personally like to focus on a push sessions which consists of triceps, chest and a touch of shoulders. I don’t neglect any part of my body (okay maybe a little calves lessss be honest) BUT it’s important to train everything! When training any muscle you will tighten the areas. However, do remember the breast is primarily fat tissue and has muscle underneath❗️You are training the muscle. METHOD: 1️⃣ Include Chest Press: I raised the bench a little higher and focused on retracting my shoulder blades back which allowed me to lift my chest. This will cause an arch and will mean you are training the upper chest. NOTE❗️I personally find the arch VERY comfortable and so so many others. But if you do not like this remember to keep your back flat and core engaged! Everyone is different. 12 Reps 3 Sets 2️⃣ Single Arm Flies: go light with these! 10 Reps each arm 3 Sets 3️⃣ Tricep Rope Push Down: 12 Reps 3 Sets 4️⃣ Skull Crushers: 12 Reps 3 Sets SONG: Middle Child j.Cole #toneandsculpt
