Hadi Choopan and Nathan De Asha punish their shoulders in prep for the Olympia.

The Olympia is fast approaching and all the top competitors are putting in the hard work in the gym. While 2020 has certainly been a chaotic year, the Olympia is sure to give bodybuilding fans what they’ve been craving.

Hadi Choopan has been putting in a ton of work in prep for the show. Coming in third place at his first appearance in the Open Bodybuilding division, it comes as no surprise that fans are anticipating his return.

Nathan De Asha is another name who has been pushing his training for the Olympia. Both Hadi Choopan and Nathan De Asha recently were training shoulders in their respective gyms. From the look of things, Hadi Choopan is looking extra massive heading into the show.

Nathan De Asha was also pushing his body to new heights. The Liverpool based bodybuilder has looked driven as he preps for the biggest event of the year. Nathan De Asha has made some considerable growth and could be a sleeper heading into the Olympia.
