Hafthor Bjornsson Smashes Through 881 Lbs Deadlift for 3 Reps!

Hafthor Bjornsson is still lifting massive weight during the pandemic.

With the shutdown of many gyms and facilities around the world, many athletes have been neglecting their training. After all, everyone has been encouraged to self quarantine. But some individuals still have the opportunity to train at their own gyms.

One such individual is Hafthor Bjornsson, the 2018 World’s Strongest Man.

The coronavirus simply can’t keep Hafthor Bjornsson away from the gym. The Icelandic strongman and recent Arnold Classic champion is hard at work improving his strength.

The world may be on lockdown, but that’s no excuse not to train, right?! Hafthor Bjornsson is certainly taking that approach. The strongman champion doesn’t appear to be weakening at all.

A recent Instagram video showcases just how incredibly strong Hafthor Bjornsson is. On the road to deadlifting 501 Kg (1104.516 Lbs), Hafthor Bjornsson hefts a massive 400 Kg (881 Lbs).
