Hafthor Bjornsson is getting shredded as he preps for boxing match.

If there’s one thing you can say about Hafthor Bjornsson it’s that he’s a hard worker. With his major wins in the strongman world it’s something that goes without saying. Someone who is passionate and driven to becoming better will always succeed in their endeavor.

Hafthor Bjornsson is showing that kind of resolve as he prepares for his showdown against rival Eddie Hall.

The two strongman competitors have had a longstanding beef. Some of it stems from the controversial 2017 World’s Strongest Man. Even before then both men had butted heads. Now the two strongmen hope to settle their grievances in a boxing ring.

Eddie Hall has been prepping very hard for their bout and Hafthor Bjornsson is no different.

Recently the 2018 World’s Strongest Man champion went through some solid sparring with a Danish pro boxer.
