Meet Tony Sentmanat.
When it comes to bodybuilding the goal is to be as ripped and as huge as possible while being able to rid your body of fat. It’s a talent that not everyone possesses. How far you can push your body may be the difference between giving up on traveling the long road to success or quite simply the genetics you were born with. Either way, the reality is that few people can get to the level of a Phil Heath or Kai Greene. But that doesn’t mean the average Joe is doomed to never put on massive muscle.
The most common knock on bodybuilders is that they aren’t functionally strong. They have too much muscle to perform at a high level in more practical athletic endeavors. Well for all those who say guys with massive muscle aren’t agile or functionally strong, we present to you Tony Sentmanat. A marine veteran and a SWAT operator, Sentmanat is the definition of a badass with some pretty massive muscle. Besides pushing heavy weight, Sentmanat is also a mixed martial arts practitioner with a dedication to his craft and a trainer in both combat and firearms. If you don’t think the man’s hardcore then check out these videos from his Instagram.

If that’s not enough proof of the big man’s athletic ability then check out this video of the SWAT operator doing what he does best.
Moral of the story is that even if you have some massive muscle on your frame doesn’t mean you’ll lack functional strength and ability. Train smart and hard and you can attain the same athleticism as Tony Sentmanat.
