Hugh Jackman has built an impressive physique once again for his role.

Hugh Jackman is preparing to re-create his role as Wolverine on a different stage in the Marvel Universe. He will star alongside Ryan Reynolds in the fourth Deadpool film, titled Deadpool & Wolverine. Jackman is no stranger to a shredded physique and recently showed off a bicep workout used along the way.

Jackman, who became known for his role in X-Men, has appeared in many other hits as well. He has starred in movies, such as Deadpool and The Greatest Showman, that have completely solidified his status on the big screen. He has spoken candidly about his training when becoming Wolverine and shared that he does not use steroids.

Despite the massive amount of muscle mass added, Jackman has talked about doing it the old-fashioned way.

“I LOVE MY JOB, AND I LOVE WOLVERINE. I GOT TO BE CAREFUL WHAT I SAY HERE, BUT I HAD BEEN TOLD ANECDOTALLY WHAT THE SIDE EFFECTS ARE OF THAT. AND I WAS LIKE, ‘I DON’T LOVE IT THAT MUCH.’ SO NO, I JUST DID IT THE OLD SCHOOL WAY.”

Hugh Jackman continues to sculpt and does it using hard work and dedication.

Jackman has spoken about this prep and explained how it is a six-month process that includes a strict diet and workout plan. There is an increase in protein intake while hitting big-time workouts. This leads to the impressive physique that Jackman displays on the big screen.

This, along with a strict workout, has allowed him to build an impressive physique.
