The bodybuilding world was hit with the loss of another fitness icon over the weekend. IFBB Pro bodybuilder and fitness model Grant Henderson passed away at 55 years old. The cause of death is unknown at this time.
The news was shared by multiple outlets, including RXMuscle on Saturday.

Henderson quickly became known for his insanely shredded physique and he was able to use it to become successful in many avenues. Henderson, who was born in Zimbabwe, earned his IFBB Pro Card in 1990. He turned in a successful career on stage, highlighted by his victory as the 1993 Mr. Zimbabwe.
Henderson was also a well-known fitness model. He appeared on the cover of countless magazines during his career. Many fans have shared condolences for Henderson on social media and have spoke on his humble and kind personality.

In 2017, Berner competed at the Amateur Olympia San Marino, where he finished fourth. He made an impression with his physique and went onto compete at the NPC level. Berner earned his Pro Card following his victory at the 2022 NPC Worldwide Sweden Grand Prix. This allowed him to compete in the IFBB.
Kristoffer Berner was preparing to compete this weekend at the 2024 Chicago Pro. He last competed at the New York Pro, where he finished 16th in Men’s Open.
