Iranian Hulk Shares Physique Update, Training Videos Ahead Of Martyn Ford Boxing Match

The Iranian Hulk has been training hard preparing for Martyn Ford and decided to share a physique update during cardio.

Sajad Gharibi, known as the Iranian Hulk, has received criticism in the past claiming that he photoshops his social media posts. Recently, he has been training for his upcoming fight with Martyn Ford and recently shared a rare physique update during cardio session on Monday.

The Iranian Hulk has totaled 1.1 million followers on Instagram. This is a high number and there are bound to be some negative or critical comments on posts. Gharibi has made some transformations since preparation began to step in the ring. He is set to take on Ford on April 30 at the O2 Arena in London. This fight was originally scheduled for April 2 but was moved back to give both fighters some more time to prepare and heal up.

Gharibi took to YouTube to share short clips on the treadmill and exercise bike. He showed what appeared to be a physique that was cut down significantly from his days as a bodybuilder. This is to be expected with the switch in training regimens used to prepare for boxing.

Both the Iranian Hulk and Martyn Ford have been active on social media sharing training videos. They seem to be different from each fighter. Ford is taking on a more traditional sense of training while Gharibi has been taking it to the extreme. This includes getting hit in the stomach with wooden boards.

The two have faced-off just once ahead of the fight. It went about as expected as there were two instances where they collided. First, it was the Iranian Hulk who attempted to take down Ford by the waist. Later, it was Ford who shoved Gharibi to the ground. The two were separated after both incidents.

This will be the Iranian Hulk’s first time in the ring but he is not backing down from the challenge. He was given the chance to pull his name out of the event before it was postponed but declined. Ford has training in many different areas of fighting so it will be interesting to see how the two matchup.

One thing we do know is that the Iranian Hulk has been training hard and will be ready on April 30. Based on his physique updates, Gharibi dropped some weight and could be well-conditioned heading into the fight.
