Jamal Browner is a powerhouse of a powerlifter. Three weeks out from his next powerlifitng meet, Browner is looking once again like a world beater.
He has been ramping up his training and looks poised to dominate at the show. His recent training videos show that he is in top form and looking to improve. He’s dominating in the big three and is showing some solid numbers.

Squat: 4×4 with 605lbs
Bench: 4×6 with 355lbs
Deadlift: 3×5 with 675lbs (did 6 by accident)
Paused deadlift: 775lbx x2, 2×3 with 660lbs3 weeks out…

But while Jamal Browner has been looking insanely strong, he had a recent mishap during training. While squatting 750lbs, Browner misloads and is force to abandon the second rep.
Whew ? wouldn’t be meet prep without some type of mishap
Squat: 675×2, 715×2, 750lbs x1.5 ?(shown in reverse)
Bench: 6×2 with 425lbsI didn’t hurt myself. I know things could’ve been way worse, but it happens to the best of us. ??♂️? lost position on the second rep and thought I could correct my bar path. I had to dump it. Be safe people.. don’t be like me!
