Jeff Seid Unleashes His Men’s Physique Training For Chest And Triceps

Strength Wars Movie

Men’s Physique is all about building quality aesthetics.

There many different kinds of physiques present in professional bodybuilding these days. Where before there were only lightweight and heavyweight divisions for men’s bodybuilding now there are numerous different categories for competitors of different sizes and genetic capability. Classic Physique has recently been created to highlight bodybuilders that aren’t as massive as the men you’d see in the open weight category yet are larger than the leaner competitors in the lower weight class. That lower weight is Men’s Physique which has gained a significant amount of popularity since its inception just a few years back.

Not everyone has the genetic potential to grow as larger as athletes like Kai Greene and Phil Heath nor does every bodybuilding competitor want to be as massive as the competitors in the open weight class. The individuals in the Men’s Physique category encapsulate that very ideology. That means though they train hard and watch their diet just like the athletes in the heavier weight classes they must do so carefully in order to avoid bulking too much on the off season or cutting too drastically when they do decide to compete.

The training of a Physique pro is also a bit different than what the average open weight bodybuilder would put themselves through. The goal of Physique training is to get a good pump and build quality muscle just like any other bodybuilding training. They may focus on high volume training more often than your average open weight competitor however, but for the most part the biggest difference will be in how these bodybuilders diet as well.

Jeff Seid is a Physique competitor who just recently came back onto the scene after a long hiatus. His popularity has grown since his time on the Olympia stage and now it appears that he’s looking to make a comeback at the 2016 Olympia. Seid is still relatively young in the sport and has a ton of room to grow. With time we could see Jeff Seid be crowned the Olympia champion in the Men’s Physique division. In preparation for this year’s show, Seid has been training hard and looking to build up even more muscle. Check out how a Men’s Physique competitor trains chest and triceps.

Do you think Jeff Seid will become Men’s Physique Olympia champion?
