Generation Iron Jeff Seid 3 Days Out

Jeff Seid is back in the races.

Many fans have a tendency to focus their attention on one particular weight division in bodybuilding, that being the Open weight class. It features some of the largest men on the planet, all of them ripped and shredded beyond belief. Often times they forget there are other categories out there that deserve to be highlighted with the same amount of attention, namely the Men’s Physique category. With all the talk of the Classic Physique division, many forgot that the Men’s Physique class is still here to stay with some of the most shredded competitors out there.

This weekend is the Stockholm Pro show that will feature some of the best Physique competitors in the business. Among the large list of talented competitors is a young man who has become somewhat of an internet personality since we last saw him on the professional stage. Jeff Seid may still be one of the younger professionals out there, yet he has cultivated a pretty impressive physique and could give any of the top Men’s Physique athletes a run for their money.

With the Stockholm Pro just right around the corner, the competitors will have to hunker down and tweak their diet plans in order to get to their shredded best. For Men’s Physique competitors getting the water weight off of their frames is paramount, perhaps even more so than it is for the men in the Open Weight class. The idea of being a top Men’s Physique competitor is looking as shredded as possible while still having some solid musculature, though not quite as much as their counterparts in the heavyweight division. It’s looking like Jeff Seid will likely nail his look for the upcoming pro show as he posted an image of himself just three days out from the event.

I’m actually not this big lol it’s just the new @seidwear stringer ?
