JEREMY BUENDIA GETTING MORE MASSIVE AND VASCULAR THAN EVER

Generation Iron Jeremy Buendia

Vine wrapped boulders.

In the bodybuilding world there are tons of different categories that athletes can compete in. There’s the Open Weight division that houses some of the most massively muscled individuals in the world. Men like Phil Heath, Kai Greene, Big Ramy, Dexter Jackson, and many more adorn the weight class, all of them genetically gifted with the ability to grow more muscle than the average human. The Men’s Physique division features athletes who are equally as impressive, albeit in a different manner. The athletes here are far smaller than those in the Open Weight division, but have quality muscle and shred of their own. But it seems that these days the competitors in the Physique division have been emphasizing greater size.

The current reigning Olympia Physique champion is Jeremy Buendia. By virtue of his great genetics he’s been able to cultivate an aesthetic physique that is more impressive than his fellow competitors. Men’s Physique is supposed to be focused more on aesthetics than on massive muscle, but it seems like that’s becoming a thing of the past these days. With Jeff Seid posting up pics of his impressive and vascular physique just last week, it seems that there’s a new trend in the Men’s Physique category.

To grow more muscular and vascular.

Jeremy Buendia recently posted up images on his Instagram showcases how much bigger he’s become, as well as the effects of his hard training in the gym. From the looks of things he’s getting even more swole than we’re accustomed to seeing him.

Is there a new trend starting in the Men’s Physique division? Are these athletes packing on more size?
