Joe Rogan is one of the biggest podcasters in the world today and is also known for being a UFC commentator. Prior to that, Rogan worked as a television host and comedian. While hosting the famous The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, Rogan has also focused on his personal health and fitness. During a recent episode of JRE, Rogan shared an example of a workout that involves kettlebells.

Before achieving fame, Rogan began his career in stand-up comedy and later showcased his acting talents on screen. In 1997, he secured a position as a UFC interviewer and color commentator, and he gained further recognition as the host of the popular TV show game Fear Factor, which aired from 2001 to 2006. Eventually, he shifted his focus back to stand-up comedy and launched his podcast in 2009, which has since become one of the most popular worldwide.
Rogan laid out his kettlebell workout and explained that he does not train to failure.
“I don’t max out. I don’t go to failure, I make sure everything is clean and controlled with plenty of rest between sets. The “just one more” mentality taxes your body too much.”
At 57, Joe Rogan maintains an impressive physique, demonstrating that he prioritizes serious fitness training even amidst his business pursuits. It is mainly because of intense workouts such as this.

Joe Rogan’s Kettlebell Workout
Joe Rogan has worked in many different methods into his workout including kickboxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and yoga. He has also been a major advocate of kettlebell training and its benefits.
“I don’t give myself the option to say, ‘I don’t feel like workout out.’ I give myself the option to make choices. It all balances out.”

Following his workouts, Joe Rogan hits sauna sessions, cold plunges, cryotherapy, or other recovery methods. He has been known to make this a daily routine after his workouts, where he prefers high-volume workout routine instead of exercising to failure.
