JON SKYWALKER BREAKS DOWN HIS GEAR CYCLING JOURNEY

Every bodybuilder has a story. Whether you were a skinny punk with not even an ounce of muscle on your frame or an out of shape with a tremendous amount of body fat, the end result is that you’ve come to understand that there’s only one way to remedy these conditions. Training, dieting, and consistency. No matter what you background is, beginning to travel down the road of building muscle is more complex than simple boredom. The motivations may be different, but the end result is always the same.

Jon Skywalker is a fitness personality with a large internet following. He has been training for only five years, but has made some considerable gains during that time. While he may be jacked now, he wasn’t always in great physical condition. In fact, he was skin and bones with no muscle to his name. But like many other bodybuilders, all that changed once he got a taste of some hard training and saw some considerable results. Take a look at the Instagram post he made below, detailing his thought process on why he got into bodybuilding as well as cycling.

WHEN I STARTED CYCLING: Back in 2012 when I was a 18-19, 160lb, 6’4 kid, (had 1 year of lifting experience). I finished my first year studying engineering physics in university?. Decided I didn’t want to spend the next 4 years studying in a boring anti-social environment just for a degree to work in a lab to make money and feel secure and raise a family and find a wife and reproduce land put kids through school and die ? and be content with existing operating as a gear in a machine. I said fuck that and took a year off to reevaluate my life, living with my parents cus I had no moneys at the time. ??Just so happened that my parents were working internetional business in a country called Uzbekistan, where there were hardly any other Americans AT ALL. In Uzbekistan I trained with the sickest cunts and made the maddest gains?; training in underground post Soviet Union facilities. In the country of Uzbekistan after some time of training I was introduced to the art of cycling (it is legal there, over the counter)?? as you can see I was pretty bloated in this pic haha, and yeah, just felt like sharing that cus a lot of you guys probably wonder how and why I first started bicycling disclaimer: cycling refers to bike machine, not what your thinking 😉
