Whether you were a skinny punk with not even an ounce of muscle on your frame or an out of shape with a tremendous amount of body fat, the end result is that you’ve come to understand that there’s only one way to remedy these conditions. Training, dieting, and consistency. No matter what you background is, beginning to travel down the road of building muscle is more complex than simple boredom. The motivations may be different, but the end result is always the same.
