Bio:
Josh Lenartowicz is an IFBB-certified pro bodybuilder from Sale, Victoria, Australia. He was fascinated by gym culture and begged his father to let him lift weights, which he was not allowed to do until 12. At that point he got a membership at the closest gym and got up every morning at 5 am to train.
In his early 20s he got serious about getting his pro card. He took 7 years off from amateur competitions to put on the necessary mass. In 2014 he earned his pro card after winning the FitX Amateur Grand Prix. He is most well known for coming in 9th at the 2016 Mr. Olympia.
