Kai Greene is always looking for a new way to innovate.

Once you believe there is only one way to do things you’ve already limited yourself tremendously. The saying there’s more than one way to skin a cat ultimate denotes the fact that there are so many different options out there for obtaining the success you seek and crave.

Time and time again in bodybuilding there have been new methods discovered to maximize muscle growth. It’s happened so often in fact that the only thing we can be sure of is that there will be a new way of doing things.

Bodybuilding veteran and superstar Kai Greene understands that notion very well.

Kai Greene has been known to do things different. From his posing routines to his training methods, Kai Greene is always on the hunt for new ways to enhance his performance both on stage and in the gym.

In one of his latest Instagram posts, Kai Greene shows off a unique way of performing bicep curls all for the sake of finding a new method to develop the muscle. Take a look at what Kai Greene is cooking up in the gym.

I do my best to master many movements, consistently challenge myself to get closer and closer to the perfect rep, with everything aligned optimally to recruit the target area, and to achieve the exact feeling I’m looking for. Take these concentration curls for example, now although they may not look like your typical bicep curl, I can assure you with the right amount of discipline and focus they will give you a run for your money!! Try them out and as always we’re working at a 20, 15, 12, 10, 8 rep scheme. .. ??CONCENTRATED CABLE CURLS ————————————————- ✅Target – Brachialis ✅Synergists -Biceps Brachii, Brachioradialis ✅Stabilizers – Trapezius, Upper & Middle, Levator Scapulae, Obliques
