I do my best to master many movements, consistently challenge myself to get closer and closer to the perfect rep, with everything aligned optimally to recruit the target area, and to achieve the exact feeling I’m looking for. Take these concentration curls for example, now although they may not look like your typical bicep curl, I can assure you with the right amount of discipline and focus they will give you a run for your money!! Try them out and as always we’re working at a 20, 15, 12, 10, 8 rep scheme. .. ??CONCENTRATED CABLE CURLS ————————————————- ✅Target – Brachialis ✅Synergists -Biceps Brachii, Brachioradialis ✅Stabilizers – Trapezius, Upper & Middle, Levator Scapulae, Obliques
