Kai Greene Looks Ridiculously Massive as he Trains Forearms

Kai Greene trains forearms and looks like the Hulk while doing it.

It’s safe to say that Kai Greene is a truly one of a kind bodybuilder. Not only has he acquitted himself well on stage, Kai Greene has been able to translate his artistic abilities into multiple fields. He’s an actor, a painter, a comic book artist, can sing, and is, of course, a brilliant bodybuilding poser.

While he may not be hitting the posing stage any time soon, Kai Greene is still training hard. Greene has always shown a dedication and passion for even the smallest details. The video below shows exactly why he has developed such an incredible physique.

??NAME THIS EXERCISE The brachioradialis is KING when it comes to our forearm muscles. It is larger and more noticeable than the other muscles of the forearm. It is a powerful muscle that provides shape and substance to our upper arm. This move you see above may not directly pack on size to your arms when it comes to time to reveal, however, I can assure you it has and will be a staple exercise I continue to use for years to come. Be mindful and open to all exercises, although some can be seen as “accessory work” over time these types of movements will help strengthen and bring together a more complete package. Grab a barbell and sit on a bench. Your feet and arms should be shoulder width apart. Use an overhand grip with your palms pointing down. This will be your starting position. 2 .Exhale and curl the weight up towards the seat. 3. Flex Forearms at the top of the movement for 1 to 2 seconds. 4. Inhale and return to your starting position. 5. Repeat for the desired amount of sets and reps.

And let’s not forget those biceps either.
