Kevin Oak doesn’t just look superhuman.
Superhuman strength isn’t something you’re born with. Incremental steps are taken to slowly improve your strength over time through rigorous training and smart programming.
Sticking to the game plan is paramount to gaining strength and even improving your physique. While powerlifting has never been about building up the physique, some individuals have been able to marry bodybuilding with an endeavor solely focused on improving strength.
Enter Kevin Oak.
A talented powerlifter, Kevin Oak not only possesses some impressive strength but looks the part as well. Kevin Oak looks like he came straight out of a comic book while at the same time being a legit powerlifter. It’s not entirely uncommon to see powerlifters that have great physiques, but it appears that Oak is actually interested in pursuing bodybuilding.
Below you can see him working on his posing. Though he has a ways to go, he certainly has the raw genetic talent.
But powerlifting is certainly Kevin Oak’s first love and he’s sticking to his game. Recently he showcased some insane strength as he performs a muscle clean into a strict press.

301 lbs Muscle Clean + Strict Press. It got a little wonky but still got it. New @barbellcommission colorways drop next weekend. @jdibarbell of course. This is part of my 101 ways to make @davidmotiv lose sleep series. #BarbellCommission #CantStop @hallpurpose_ @black_tom_cruise
What do you think of the incredible strength of Kevin Oak?
