You all know her as the host of our weekly web series GI Weekly right here on the Generation Iron Fitness Network – but others may also know her as a fitness model and bikini competitor. That’s why we decided to get Krystal away from the green screen and into the gym to give some tips and show off how she takes care of business as she preps for competitions.
