Wheels and Hall got together recently for a workout where they discussed many fitness aspects.
Around this time last year, Ashton Hall took social media by storm with his unique early morning routine. He gained a following of over 10 million across his platforms and this meant more and more eyeballs were on Hall each day.
As a former football player, Hall built an impressive physique with incredible size. This led to a debate on whether he was all natural or not. Hall has claimed that he is not on steroids but of course, there are some doubters out there. During a recent workout with Larry Wheels, Hall asked the bodybuilder’s opinion and was given a clear answer.
“I think so. Judging by how your shoulders are not overly capped off. You’re only 205 pounds. I think if you were on gear, as big as you are now, you’d be a lot bigger.”
Hall doubled down on his question to get a concrete answer and Wheels gave him his stamp of approval.
“So you can say for sure I’m not on steroids?,” Hall asked.
“I’d say for sure, yeah. You got my stamp of natty approval,” Wheels responded.
Larry Wheels earned his IFBB Pro Card in 2025 after his victory at the Musclecontest Bullman Pro Qualifier. He earned his Pro Card in Classic Physique but has expressed interest in moving to Men’s Open to avoid the weight cap in Classic. Wheels confirmed that he wants to get back on stage this year. There is no official date yet but he shared the goal is in the fall or winter. To prepare, Wheels is “aggressively bulking” to add muscle to his frame.

Who Is Ashton Hall?

Ashton Hall is a social media influencer who turned into a star with his unorthodox methods toward self improvement.
Hall grew up with an athletic background. He went on to be a running back at Alcorn State University in 2015. He appeared in just three games but used his athleticism and overall drive to continue working out at a high level. Hall’s passion for fitness helped him build and maintain a muscular frame.
After his football career ended, Hall continued on with fitness but began focusing on self improvement as well. Hall blew up on social media sharing his morning routine, which began at 3:52 a.m. He went through a very specific and regimented ritual that includes taping his mouth shut to promote nasal breathing, brushing his teeth using bottled water, journaling, and stretching before hitting the gym at 6:30 a.m. After the gym, Hall showed himself going for a swim, showering, and eating breakfast.
Hall has gone from athletic ventures into entrepreneurship. Since his platform exploded, Hall has offered coaching programs, fitness challenges, and motivational resources as well.
