Larry Wheels Pulls Insane 855lb Deadlift For a New PR, Gets Injured During Training

Larry Wheels is the king of chasing personal records.

That should come as no surprise. After all, Larry Wheels is a strength athlete and all those who take on the role seek to improve themselves all the time.

So of course when news broke that Larry Wheels had achieved a new PR, no one should have been surprised. The powerlifter, who is now adamant about doing strongman, is constantly in the gym looking to better himself.

The hard training is proving to bear fruit as he recently hit a massive 855lbs/387kg deadlift triple.

But while he may have hit a new PR, it appears that Larry Wheels has gotten injured during his training. While doing a drop set, Larry Wheels injured his lat. From his reaction the injury may not be too bad, but no one can be sure until an MRI is done.

“Maybe it’s just muscle and not a tendon coming off the bone like my bicep.

What do you think of Larry Wheels setting a PR then getting injured?
