Larry Wheels Arm Wrestles Hafthor Bjornsson, Does Intense Strongman Training

Larry Wheels and Hafthor Bjornsson try out some arm wrestling techniques.

When it comes to strength sports most people focus on bodybuilding, powerlifting, and strongman as far as competitions go. Olympic lifting is also a hugely popular strength sport that people around the globe follow closely. Arm wrestling on the other hand is a bit more of a niche sport.

No less strength related that strongman, arm wrestling is all about utilizing proper leverage to overcome your opponent. In a way it’s very similar to strongman. So it should come as no surprise that Hafthor Bjornsson and Larry Wheels have taken up arm wrestling themselves.

Fresh off his boxing exhibition, Bjornsson alongside Wheels learned some awesome tips from arm wrestling champion Michael Todd. The two took some pointers and applied it against one another.

Gotta say, it was an awesome experience getting to work with @thorbjornsson on the fundamentals of ArmWrestling & get him more comfortable on the table!!
