Bodybuilding is a very interesting athletic endeavor for a number of different reasons. It requires an almost obsessive dedication to improving yourself constantly. Bodybuilding is an endeavor that brings out some of the most talented and multifaceted athletes out there ranging from football players to entertainers. No matter what walk of life a person may come from, the dedication to building quality muscle is a linchpin that every bodybuilding enthusiast can relate to.

Mike O’Hearn, outspoken natural bodybuilder and entertainer, is a pretty inspirational figure in the fitness community. He’s always encouraging athletes to train hard and take an alternate route of building muscle rather than just relying on anabolic substances. Many people of questioned that validity of his statements, often times claiming that the man is outright lying about his steroid use. But whatever camp you may happen to fall into, one thing is certain, O’Hearn works hard and trains his ass off. There’s no way he’d be able to build the kind of muscle he has without some real dedication.
