Wahlberg became known at an early age for his roles on the big screen. He would show off his incredible physique both in movies and as a model. As time went on, Wahlberg continued to display a shredded physique. As he continues to train hard, Wahlberg began training at all hours of the day and this led to the start of his “4am club.”
Mark Wahlberg also adjusts his workouts and recovery processes to his current goals. Last year, he cut out some of the early-morning workouts but focused more on ab training and cold plunges following workout sessions. His workouts at 4am have started up once again and this has become a staple to his training program.
