6 foot 8 inch bodybuilder, trainer, and actor Martyn Ford posted a body weight workout on Instagram recently. Due to the global health crisis going on, many people are stuck home and have to find new workout routines that will keep them in shape.
Many bodybuilders have been giving out tips and workouts that may help those who miss the gym and still want to get some workouts in. Everyone does not have equipment available in their homes unfortunately. Bodybuilders and fitness gurus are finding creative ways to give people a workout without the equipment they thought they needed for results. In times like this, it is best to do what you can just to stay fit.
Martyn Ford is one of the many bodybuilders that is willing to help those in need of a good at-home workout. All things considered, Ford offered numerous incredible varieties that shows the best way to ideally utilize time under tension, isometric holds, plyometrics, and various speeds to build power and make exercises more challenging. You can utilize bands, weights, and your environmental factors for a bigger challenge.
Again, if you have no equipment, body weight exercises will work just as well.
