Three-time champion Missy Truscott will take on a new challenge in 2025.
Missy Truscott has been through it all in the Fitness division during her career. Now, she will enter 2025 taking on a new challenge. On Monday, Truscott announced that she would be entering the Figure division this year.
Truscott is a three-time Fitness Olympia champion, including her victory in October. It has been a windy road for Truscott while at the top. She was victorious in 2020 for the first time before regaining her title in 2022. Last year, Truscott took place in prejudging but suffered a knee injury that kept her out of the finals.
Truscott made a full recovery and returned to the Olympia stage, where she won her third title. She has accomplished it all in Fitness and will now be part of a new-look Figure division moving forward.
“The word is out, I am switching to FIGURE! I’m really appreciate the positive reaction from everyone and I’m excited for 2025! ❤️🦈🙌🏼”

Figure has been dominated by Cydney Gillon over the last decade. She is the reigning eight-time Olympia champion but announced her retirement from competition. This leaves the door open for the next wave of competitors to take over and it will now include Truscott. The division continues to be littered with talent including Jessica Reyes Padilla, who won the 2023 Masters Olympia.
Missy Truscott has been successful over the course of her entire career. She has been able to build a championship physique and overcome different obstacles to get to where she is. This will help during her change in division and make her a contender as she works to tailor her physique to Figure.
