Mr and Miss Bolton Bodybuilding Competition Will Showcase Talent From Across UK

The Mr and Miss Bolton bodybuilding competition will be hosted at the 3D Centre in Bella Street, Deane, this Saturday, April 28 from 1.15pm.

The event’s 8th annual edition will attract top bodybuilders from all over the UK. It will serve as a top regional qualifier and affiliate of the International Bodybuilding & Fitness Association (IBFA). This means that top three in each of 16 classes will qualify for the British finals this June in Gateshead.

Organizers Ronnie and Suzy Orr are especially excited over the growth of their promotion. Ronnie has himself been competing since 2010. He boasts the accolades of Mr Britain and UKFF British over 50s finalist- along with gold medals from several regional competitions.

He told The Bolton News:

“We’ve been really pleased to have the chance to run such a prestigious competition and are delighted with the response. There are more than 70 competitors already registered from around the UK and the event promises to be something special.”

The competition offers more than just qualification. Cash prizes of more than
£2,000 for the class winners and men’s/women’s overall winners will be meted out.
