Nick Walker and Blessing Awodibu reunite yet again for a high-volume chest and triceps workout.
In 2021, Nick Walker and Blessing Awodibu were public rivals heading into the New York Pro. Since then, the two rivals have since become training partners posting incredible workout collabs online. Walker recently shared his most recent workout with Awodibu showcasing godly amounts of muscle during a high-intensity chest and bicep workout.
2021 Arnold Classic winner Nick Walker has been focusing on making massive gains as he prepares for the Mr. Olympia 2022. Meanwhile, Blessing Awodibu has been in the middle of an extended break to improve his physique after feeling disappointed in his placings last year.
Regardless of the current status for these two pro bodybuilding giants – both Nick Walker and Blessing Awodibu are turning heads due to the intensity of their most recent workout at RedCon1 gym. They trained together through a high-volume and high-intensity chest and triceps workout. Both bodybuilders have been enjoying playing off of their previous rivalry – showcasing a sort of frenemy relationship throughout the video.

Nick Walker and Blessing Awodibu Blast Chest & Triceps
In the video, Nick Walker and Blessing Awodibu start off with some seated cable flies. This was just a warm up – but the intensity was still sky-high. A pure display of just how hard both bodybuilders push to achieve the mass monster physiques hanging on their frame.
After the warmup, Walker and Awodibu jumped into the chest portion of the workout. They pressed heavy with the Flex Leverage Inclined Press. Each bodybuilder pushed through two sets followed by a drop set. They then moved onto humblers followed by a finisher of inclined dumbbell flyes.
Nick Walker and Blessing Awodibu then jumped over to tricep training. Nick Walker continues his high-rep with moderate weight combo that we have been seeing in his most recent videos and posts. He focused on ensuring the could train to failure for each exercise.
The two bodybuilders started with rope push-downs followed by flat bench tricep extensions and inclined tricep extensions. They then finished the workout with a traditional set followed by a drop set of reverse-grip tricep press-downs to failure.
