Nick Walker continues to prep to work his way back to the stage next month.

Nick Walker is recovered from a hamstring injury that kept him out of the 2023 Olympia. Now, he is preparing to take the stage during the 2024 New York Pro. He recently discussed his favorite supplements while giving an update on his prep.

Walker quickly rose to the top of the Men’s Open division in a relatively short amount of time. This includes winning the New York Pro during his rookie year. In 2021, he was crowned champion of the Arnold Classic before hitting the Olympia. He has two top-five finishes in each of the last two years and was a hopeful for this year as well.

Walker is currently 281 pounds and continues to slim down ahead of the show.

“I know I sent the updates to Matt and he’s like ‘we’ll just keep going, man. Your legs look a lot leaner.’ I’m like ‘okay, good. I’m like alright good.'”

Walker recently stayed at the Asylum Sports Clinic for what he described as a “recovery day.” This allowed him to take time focusing on his body using stimulation, tissue, work, and cold plunges.

“That basically included recovery day…I do that on Wednesdays and Sundays. S pretty much, the rest day looks like I’ll go home, shower, have another meal, basically just rest and recover. I just think on off days, this is a very great benefit. If you’re able to, take advantage of just chilling.”

Nick Walker Shares 3 Favorite Supplements

Nick Walker has focused on his overall health along with building a championship physique. During the video, he talked about his three favorite supplements.

  • Liver HD
  • Kidney HD
  • Vita HD

“We got liver. I take one serving of this a day, which is four pills. Next, I take the Kidney HD. This is a total of nine pills so I kind of split this up three times a day. I do three in the morning, three in the afternoon, and three at night, just so it’s not too large of a consumption of pills at once.”

Walker splits up the pills so it is not a lot of consumption at once. He explains how he focuses on the liver and kidney health because this allows the body to operate at its best.

“The Vita HD, I also take one serving in the morning and I just think these are the most vital supplants to take daily, whether it’s on season or offseason. It doesn’t matter. Without the kidney and the liver, in my opinion, the body doesn’t function well. So, it’s very important that we take proper supplementation to make sure they are running properly.”

Nick Walker is prepared to take the stage after suffering a hamstring injury. He is looking to qualify for the Olympia and contend for a title here in 2024.
