Nick Walker details how extremely important food intake needs to be focused on. He thinks that too many bodybuilders end up splurging on big meals after a competition or focus on the occasional cheat meal.

While that might work for some, Nick Walker rarely indulges into a cheat meal at all. Instead, he works with his trainer to monitor his weight constantly. Based on regular check ins of his weight and physique – Nick constantly adjusts his diet. He does this every single week. That’s the important part. To adjust and keep tweak and never relent until your physique is perfect.
