Nihat Kaya is preparing to compete in five days at the Dubai Pro!
Nihat Kaya earned his Pro Card just over one year ago. Now, he is preparing to make his pro debut at 21 years old during the 2024 Dubai Pro. He recently shared a physique update just five days out of the competition and is looking massive.
Kaya earned his Pro Card last June during a competition in Casablanca, Morocco. At 20 years old, he became the youngest IFBB Pro in Turkey and the youngest to earn a Pro Card in Open Bodybuilding. Kaya began training at a very young age and developed his physique early on. This led to a passion for bodybuilding and he accomplished his first goal very early. He let out his emotions on social media following his victory.
“When I was hungry to learn and develop at the age of 12, I was a child who started with a childhood dream, unaware of what would happen at an age where my aged people were not separated from internet cafes, I was a child, who was busy with the intensity of existence and lifted those irons.”
Now, Kaya will begin his road to the Olympia, which is his next goal. A physique update was shared where Kaya is looking shredded at 210 pounds.
“A flat 210lbs, 3 days before weigh-ins and 5 days to his pro debut.”
