In the current bodybuilding world filled with big rivalries, social media, and over all more exposure bodybuilders might have to worry about the way they are perceived – not only by the fans but by the other bodybuilders backstage before a big competition. Certain rituals such as keeping a hoodie on to cover their body right up before the “big unveiling” – just so that their competitors can’t get a glimpse or mental edge before the big moment.

These things don’t even cross Dennis Wolf’s mind. The only person he’s worried about on or off the stage is himself and his improvement.
