Kenya isn’t usually a country that you’d associate with bodybuilding. For the most part people in their narrow worldview look at Kenya as a country that produces long distance runners and not much else. But the reality is that there are quite a few Kenyan individuals who wish to pursue bodybuilding as not just a hobby, but as a legitimate profession. But unfortunately most Kenyan bodybuilders don’t have much of an avenue to join the pro circuit.
Where a bodybuilder in a more privileged country may have access to a ton of different gyms, Kenyan citizens don’t have much in the way of options when it comes to gym selection or even equipment. Yet the passion and drive they possess to sculpt a powerful physique is still strong and unwavering.
