Patrick Moore Gives Physique Update 4 Weeks Out From 2023 Arnold Classic

Patrick Moore gives physique update 4 weeks out from the 2023 Arnold Classic.

Four weeks out from the 2023 Arnold Classic, Patrick Moore has revealed an impressive physique update. The talented bodybuilder hasn’t been on stage for quite some time and is set to make his return at the first major bodybuilding show of the year.

Making improvements is a professional athlete’s top priority if they hope to get to the top. If you aren’t always pushing your limits as a pro athlete then you’re likely being left behind by your peers. As a competitive bodybuilder an athlete needs to shore up their weaknesses while improving on their strengths. Many bodybuilders may have an incredible upper body, but are lacking in the leg department. As such they must focus their efforts on building up their legs while at the same time leaning into their inherent strengths.

Patrick Moore decided to take the approach of taking an extended off season to work on some things. He had some decisions to make since last competing at the 2021 Legion Sports Fest Pro taking tenth place at the competition. Moore also revealed that a ruptured Achilles plagued him back in April of 2022, sparking speculation that he may not compete in 2023. However, that notion was put to bed when he confirmed he’d be competing at the 2023 Arnold Classic.

Increased Size

After his extended off season, Patrick Moore has put on a good amount of size and muscle to his frame. From his recent updates to social media Moore is showcasing the work he’s been putting in with the increased size to his frame.

2021-2023…..you ****** think you doing damage, you just hyping me up🦉

It’s clear that Patrick Moore is ready and motivated to show what he’s been working on in the off-season. His next stop is the Arnold Classic four weeks away.

While he has looked to put on a considerable amount of size, one must wonder if it was enough. With that said competitors like to 212 Olympian champion Shaun Clarida will also be competing at the show. Despite being undersized, Clarida has a great chance to win. By that reasoning Moore’s size may not come into play. If his conditioning is up to snuff then he could surprise some people at the Arnold.

“**** anybody that’s talking that s*** just to get a reaction”🦉
