PHIL HEATH’S LATEST OFF SEASON WEIGHT IS UNBELIEVABLY SHOCKING

Generation Iron Phil Heath Weight

Phil Heath is blowing up.

As bodybuilders and bodybuilding fans we all know the reality of competition. When a Kai Greene, a Phil Heath and other professionals of the like hit the posing stage you realize that these men have cut a tremendous amount of water weight in order to reveal the muscle underneath all the bulk that they’ve accumulated during the off season.

When we see professionals and amateurs during the off season we know we’re not seeing their best selves. We realize that during the off season competitors are bulking up, putting on more and more muscle. But that’s not the only weight that these athletes put on. In fact they have a tendency to put on some pounds of fat as well which will certainly increase their overall weight. Despite all that, competitors usually cut a tremendous amount of weight, upwards of twenty pounds of water in order to look their best when they hit the stage.

When Phil Heath usually hits the posing stage he comes in at a weight between 240 and 250 lbs. That’s a huge number no matter how you spin it and Heath is still considered to be of an average size when compared to other pros in the open weight division. That’s what truly makes Heath’s off season weight so alarming. Check out just how much Phil Heath weighs during the off season.

Figured I’d show you guys something I never share…my weight lol. My body feels a whole lot better being able to train at home for a solid week. Can’t wait to have an entire four months home because being able to hold this weight while traveling over 100k miles already makes it challenging. For me the body weight matters if and only if I’m in good condition which recently I’ve been able to prove to myself according to my guest posings. The work is far far far from finished as I have yet to get pictures over to my trainer @hanyrambod the best in the biz and have him critique me and make adjustments. Oh yeah it’s about that time and I’m ready to bring the pain like never before. #CanYouPhilit #PhilHeath #Offseason #Philknows #Training #HanyLetsDoWhatWeDo #Sandows??????

Phil Heath is man with a tremendous amount of muscle as displayed when he hits the stage for the Olympia. So to see how much he weighs during the off season is a bit alarming. To think that Phil could get so high in weight and still manage to cut so much water to reach his competition weight is truly one of life’s great mysteries.

Do you think Phil Heath is getting too heavy in the off season?
